Purpose of This Site This site is primarily intended for use by Southwest Pinto, Inc. members and guests interested in Pinto horses and Pinto-related activities. Links Southwest Pinto offers links and link reciprocation to other organizations and businesses deemed appropriate and useful to its members. To be considered for a link, please send e-mail to the Webmaster with all pertinent information. The Webmaster will review all submissions to assure that the recommended site is appropriate, useful information to Southwest Pinto members, and/or contains useful information to horse owners in general. Priority is given to sites with Pinto related materials due to our organizations primary goals in supporting Pinto Horses in Southern California. These links are to sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties (the "external sites"). You acknowledge that Southwest Pinto is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any external site. You should contact the site administrator or Webmaster for those external sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such external sites. Site Content The Webmaster retains final editorial control over content of the site, including but not limited to Horses, Photos, Items, and Services deemed inappropriate for the site. We do not, however, make this determination based on age, gender, race, or orientation. Horse Show related items are subject to review by our Show Manager and may be changed prior to the Event. Show Points are subject to auditing and verification. Points posted on the web are subject to revision based on audit and verification results. The final evaluation of show results and points award determination is to be made by the Southwest Pinto Points Keeper. Horses, Items, and Services shown in our Marketplace are shown as a courtesy to the vendors and members and do not constitute an endorsement by Southwest Pinto, Inc., Pinto Horse Association of America, Inc, or the webmaster. Southwest Pinto is not liable for any issues arising out of the purchase, sale, or trade of any Horses, Items, and Services shown on the site. Website Horse Photos Southwest Pinto respects the rights of Photographer's to their work. All photos submitted from owners that were taken by Show Photographers will need a release from the Photographer prior to use in the Rotating Gallery photos (each page's photo) or in Marketplace Ads. Gallery photos should primarily focus on the horse, rather than the rider / trainer. "Family" shots are acceptable as long as all participants in the photo agree to the picture being posted.
